![]() A typical Reading & Discussion seminar serves 15-20 people. Participants retreat for a full day, with lunch serving as further opportunity to discuss issues raised in the seminar. Participants receive the readings approximately one month before the seminar.
The Ohio Humanities Council, established in 1972, is a nonprofit organization funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities, the state of Ohio, and private contributions. OHCs mission is to encourage all Ohioans to become explorers of the human story, to use history, literature, philosophy, and the other humanities as the means to arrive at new insights. |
