Everyday Humanities: Theatre of the Occult

The Everyday Humanities series presents, Theatre of the Occult.”  Featured speaker Edmund B. Lingan PhD, will explore theater’s role in popular culture of the 19th- and mid-20th centuries’ interest of the occult.  The lecture is May 17, 2017, at the Way Public Library, 101 E. Indiana Avenue, Perrysburg. The 45-minute program is free and begins at 7 p.m. Registration is not required.  Lingan is an associate professor of theater and film at the University of Toledo.

The Everyday Humanities series is sponsored by the Way Public Library of Perrysburg in collaboration with the University of Toledo Humanities Institute.
