Contact an appropriate humanities scholar to help plan your project. If you need help finding a scholar, contact Frank Dunkle at OHC: (614) 461-7802 or 1 (800) 293-9774. Send e-mail requests to frankd@ohiohumanities.org.

Discuss your project plans with your humanities scholar and with OHC.

Complete a rough draft of your grant proposal and send a copy to OHC well in advance of the application deadline. Within 10 days you’ll receive a response from our staff with comments and suggestions.

4.

Submit the appropriate number of copies of your final proposal. They must be received at the OHC office by 5:00 pm on the due date. The final proposal should include the Cover Sheet, the Proposal Narrative, and the Budget Explanation. Addenda may be used if necessary.
